A healthy sitting position in your gaming chair is far more important than you might think. Ergonomists have reached a consensus over the past two decades. No chair in the world can accommodate all body sizes and measurements in a neutral position. Many new users initially have difficulty finding their comfort zone. So what is the healthiest way to sit for long periods of time? In my opinion, properly utilizing a chair's ergonomic features is critical to success. The healthiest option is sitting in dynamic neutral positions for extended periods of time. Learn how to sit properly in a gaming chair to improve your health, well-being and productivity. Change the seat height

The ideal sitting height is determined based on your body measurements. Adjust the seat height until your upper and lower legs form a 90-degree angle with your knees while sitting with your feet flat on the floor. Your feet should be flat on the floor (not dangling).
