Cold plastic foam

Constant testing beyond industry standards
Our chairs undergo a series of tests, e.g. B. on stability and resilience. DXRacer only delivers products that are durable and safe for our users.
Seat stress test
A 136 kg (300 lbs) weight is dropped twice from a height of 15 cm (5.9'') onto the center of the seat with the hydraulics positioned at their highest and lowest points.
Backrest load test
A force of 1,001 N is applied to the backrest for 1 minute. The product is suitable if it does not break or tear under the pressure.
Mesh Seating Durability Test
A 57 kg (125 lbs) sandbag is thrown onto the seat for 100,000 cycles.
Testing the tilting mechanism
A 109 kg (240 lbs) weight is placed in the center of the seat and the chair is tilted for 300,000 cycles.
Armrest durability test
A force of 400 N is repeatedly applied to the armrest for 60,000 cycles.
Roll durability test
A force of 300 N is exerted on the seat. The rollers are swiveled back and forth in a room with obstacles for 5,000 cycles.
Recline Stability Test
The backrest of the chair is placed in the most reclined position.
A total of 13 weight plates, each weighing 10 kg (22 lbs), are placed on the backrest for 1 minute.
Forward stability test
A vertical force of 600 N is applied to the front edge of the seat.
Hydraulic safety check
A weight of 122 kg (269 lbs) is placed on the seat. The hydraulics rotate for 60,000 cycles in both the highest and lowest positions.
DXRacer made history in 2006 by inventing the world's first gaming chair, and that's not all.
